.......Here is Andrew when he was younger. He didn't like school all that much. 

On another note, I'm excited because I posted 10 films to be developed from my Mini Diana camera. 10 films!! Most of which are from my travels around South East Asia. I can't wait to see them. 

I miss my polaroid.

Good morning!

Some days I really do miss my Polaroid camera. I still have it, but as you probably know, they have stopped producing the films to fit them. These photographs were taken in Porto, Portugal. I love the buildings there. They're all so squashed together in a mish-mashed kind of way. The postcards are from an amazing market I stumbled across in Amsterdam last year. I love the buildings there too. 

I made some paper bunting the other day just for fun. What do you think?

A lady.

I'm framing some of my recent work ready to sell. What do you think of this lady? She crops up when I'm drawing quite a lot. This time she's donning a woolly jumper, as it's getting quite chilly up here.

I've been thoroughly enjoying sitting down and drawing people in the last few days. I will always love my pencil.

His name is Andrew and he has a shrew on his head. When he was younger it bothered him a bit. He used to worry what the kids at school would think. Now he's not fussed. 

A wonderful treat!

A very kind person gave me this jewellery box yesterday. It's chock-a-block full of wonderful old lady jewellery. Lots of pearls and broaches and beads.

I also found this brill Casio watch, along with its box. It just needs new batteries. It felt like Christmas....I like it when things like that happen. Don't you? 

Festive Festive Festive!

Hello! 

I have been back from my travels from a few weeks now, and feel very guilty about not updating my blog. I took lots of photographs when I was away...I'm waiting for the diana photos to be developed. Can't wait!

I had a wonderful time. I can't even begin to describe what it was like. But watch this space for some pictures. Unfortunately my tan has now officially gone.

I've been doing a lot of drawing and painting and cutting and sticking since I've been back. I'm working on plenty of different things. No more laziness for me! 

The images above are some little collages I have made. I've always enjoyed looking at patterns so I thought why not make some! My paper collection has come into good use.... Some of them are now for sale in my shop.
